Request to Transfer a Prisoner
An electronic service that enables the beneficiary to submit a request to transfer a prisoner electronically without visiting the Najran Region Governorate.
- Access the link. — *الدخول على الرابط*
- Select Electronic Services from the main menu. — *اختيار الخدمات الإلكترونية من القائمة الرئيسية*
- Select the type of service by choosing "Prisoner Services" thereafter. — *اختيار نوع الخدمة باختيار" خدمات السجناء" بعد ذلك*
- Select "Request to Transfer a Prisoner". — *اختيار "طلب نقل سجين"*
- Prepare the service requirements and fill in the required data. — *تجهيز متطلبات الخدمة وتعبئة البيانات المطلوبة*
- Agree to the electronic declaration. — *الموافقة على الإقرار الكتروني*
- Submit the request. — *ارسال الطلب*
- Follow up on the transaction through My Account and text messages. — *متابعة المعاملة عبر حسابي والرسائل النصية*
- The applicant must be a Saudi citizen.
- Agreement to the declaration and undertaking.
- The applicant's data. — *بيانات مقدم الطلب*
- Submitting a petition to the Governorate. — *تقديم استدعاء لمقام الامارة.*
- Filling in the required data (prisoner's name – prisoner's ID number – prison name – the prisoner's current location – the location to which the prisoner is to be transferred – proof of residence of the prisoner's relatives in the region to which the transfer is sought). — *تعبئة البيانات المطلوبة ( اسم السجين-رقم هوية السجين-اسم السجن - مكان السجين الحالي – مكان السجين المراد النقل اليه – اثبات سكن ذوي السجين في المنطقة المراد النقل اليه)*
- The request details and attaching documents proving their validity. — *تفاصيل الطلب وإرفاق المستندات المثبتة لصحة ذلك.*
- A copy of the applicant's national identity. — *صورة الهوية الوطنية لمقدم الطلب.*
- The final judgment deed. — *صك الحكم النهائي.*
