Request for Temporary Release of a Prisoner
A request from the prisoner's relatives for their temporary release.
- Access the link. — *الدخول على الرابط*
- Log in to Al-Qassim Region Governorate services through the National Portal (Nafath). — *قم بتسجيل الدخول إلى خدمات إمارة منطقة القصيم عبر البوابة الوطنية (نفاذ).*
- Select the "Request for Temporary Release of a Prisoner" service from the list of electronic services. — *اختر خدمة "طلب الخروج المؤقت للسجين" من قائمة الخدمات الإلكترونية.*
- Click "Start Service", fill in the required data, and attach the necessary documents. — *اضغط على "بدء الخدمة" وقم بتعبئة البيانات المطلوبة وأرفق المستندات اللازمة.*
- After confirming the accuracy of the information and attachments, click "Submit Request". — *بعد التأكد من صحة المعلومات والمرفقات، اضغط على "إرسال الطلب".*
- You will be notified of the request number after submitting it. — *سيتم إشعارك برقم الطلب بعد إرساله.*
- You can follow up on the status of your request through the "My Requests" page. — *يمكنك متابعة حالة طلبك من خلال صفحة "طلباتي".*
- Upon approval of the request, it will be converted into a transaction and you will receive a notification with the transaction number. — *عند اعتماد الطلب، سيتم تحويله إلى معاملة وستتلقى إشعاراً برقم المعاملة.*
- The text of the request contains (the prisoner's name, the relationship to the prisoner, the prison's name). — *نص الطلب يحتوي على (اسم السجين، صلة القرابة للسجين، اسم السجن)*
- The applicant's capacity (must be a first-degree relative or a legal agent): (principal / agent / lawyer / first-degree relative). — *صفة مقدم الطلب (يجب أن يكون من الدرجة الأولى أو وكيل شرعي): (أصيل / وكيل / محامي/ قريب من الدرجة الأولى)*
- The prisoner's location. — *مكان السجين*
