Request to Transfer a Prisoner from One Prison to Another
An electronic request submitted by the prisoner's relative, seeking the transfer of the prisoner from their current prison to another prison.
- Access the link.
- Log in to Al-Qassim Region Governorate services through the National Portal (Nafath).
- Select the "Request to Transfer a Prisoner from One Prison to Another" service from the list of electronic services.
- Click "Start Service", fill in the required data, and attach the necessary documents.
- After confirming the accuracy of the information and attachments, click "Submit Request".
- You will be notified of the request number after submitting it.
- You can follow up on the status of your request through the "My Requests" page.
- Upon approval of the request, it will be converted into a transaction and you will receive a notification with the transaction number.
- A copy of the applicant's identity.
- A copy of the final judgment deed.
- The applicant's capacity.
- A copy of the power of attorney, if the applicant is acting on behalf of the person concerned with the request.
