Care for Prisoners' Families
Providing support to the families of prisoners.
- Access the link.
- Click "Register a New Account".
- Fill in the registration data and click "Register".
- Fill in the data specific to the request.
- Click "Submit Request".
- All required documents must be in color and from their official platforms.
- The applicant must be of Saudi nationality, or a Saudi woman married to a resident.
- The applicant must be a resident of Al-Muzahmiyah Governorate — residence of 6 months or more — and within the neighborhoods included in the society's service area.
- The applicant must be 50 years of age or above (for men).
- A statement of salary, pension, a social security statement, and a Citizen's Account statement.
- In the absence of any sources of income for the applicant, a passport printout in the name of the husband and wife must be provided (proving that there is no labor under their sponsorship).
- If the applicant engages in any commercial activity, the income must be demonstrated.
- The applicant must not be registered with any charitable entity that provides the same services as the society.
- The society's eligibility and support criteria must apply to the applicant.
- The society has the right to exclude non-eligible dependents among the family members who have not exceeded the age of 18, unless proof of continued regular study is provided.
- A copy of the civil status card and a copy of the family card from the Tawakkalna app.
- A letter from the prison administration stating that the husband is imprisoned, with a recent date.
- A letter proving the husband's salary (suspended – terminated – active).
- Proof of residence (a valid electronic contract, and if owned, the house title deed with the electricity bill).
- An IBAN account in the name of the beneficiary who is the family breadwinner.
- A school statement for children in general education (Noor system).
- A copy of the national address for the beneficiary's place of residence.
- A copy of the civil status card and a copy of the family card from the Tawakkalna app.
