Request for Exemption from the Remainder of a Sentence
An electronic service provided by the Tabuk Region Governorate (Emirate), which enables beneficiaries to submit an electronic request — submitted by one of the prisoner's relatives — seeking an exemption from the remainder of a sentence. It is submitted electronically without the need to visit the Tabuk Region Governorate headquarters, and the request is followed up electronically through the Governorate's digital channels.
- Access the link and click "Start Service".
- Select the required service.
- Prepare the service requirements.
- Access the service through the National Single Sign-On (Nafath).
- Fill in the required data and attach the supporting documents.
- Agree to the electronic declaration of the accuracy of the data.
- Submit the request.
- The request number appears on the screen and a text message with the request number is received.
- The beneficiary must be within the scope of the Tabuk Governorate.
- The applicant must be a second-degree relative or a legal agent.
- The prisoner must have received a final judgment.
- The data must be clear and explicit.
- A copy of the applicant's national identity.
- The applicant's address.
