Disbursement of Prisoner's Family Entitlements
An electronic service provided by the Organization that enables members of the imprisoned contributor's family to apply for the prisoner's benefit entitlements, in order to ensure a dignified life for the family members during the contributor's period of imprisonment, without the need to visit the entity.

- Click "Start Service" and log in through the authorized agent. — *النقر على ابدأ الخدمة وتسجيل الدخول عن طريق الوكيل.*
- From the home page, select Benefits, then the Prisoner's Family Benefit, and click Apply. — *من الصفحة الرئيسية اختيار المنافع ثم منفعة عائلة السجين والنقر على تقديم.*
- Fill in the required data (prisoner's details, the authorized agent's details and authorization, contact information and address), then click Save and Continue. — *تعبئة البيانات المطلوبة (تفاصيل السجين، تفاصيل وصلاحية المفوض، وبيانات الاتصال والعنوان) ثم النقر على حفظ ومتابعة.*
- Click "Add Dependent" and fill in the dependents' data. — *النقر على إضافة معال وتعبئة بيانات المعالين.*
- Fill in the imprisonment details, submit the required documents, and click Save and Continue. — *تعبئة تفاصيل السجن وتقديم المستندات المطلوبة والنقر على حفظ ومتابعة.*
- Fill in the payment data, agree to the declaration, then click Save and Continue. — *تعبئة بيانات الدفع والموافقة على الإقرار ثم النقر على حفظ ومتابعة.*
- The contributor has ceased to engage in any work subject to the system. — *توقف المشترك عن ممارسة أي عمل خاضع للنظام.*
- Availability of contribution periods of no less than 120 months, and the contributor has received a judgment or an order from the competent authority sentencing them to imprisonment for a period of no less than three months, or the contributor has remained in prison for this period. — *توافر مدد اشتراك لا تقل عن 120 شهرًا وصدر بحق المشترك حكم أو أمر من صاحب الصلاحية يقضي بسجنه مدة لا تقل عن ثلاثة أشهر أو بقاء المشترك في السجن هذه المدة.*
- If the contribution period is less than 120 months and the contributor has received a judgment or an order from the competent authority sentencing them to imprisonment for five years or more, a lump-sum payment (compensation) is disbursed to the contributor's family members. — *إذا قلت مدة الاشتراك عن 120 شهرًا وصدر بحق المشترك حكم أو أمر من صاحب الصلاحية يقضي بسجنه مدة خمس سنوات فأكثر فيتم صرف دفعة (تعويض مقطوع) لأفراد عائلة المشترك.*
- The existence of family members entitled to disbursement in accordance with paragraph 8 of Article Two of the system. — *وجود أفراد عائلة مستحقين للصرف وفقًا للفقرة 8 من المادة الثانية من النظام.*
- The contributor has not reached retirement age. — *ألا يكون المشترك قد بلغ سن التقاعد.*
- The legal judgment deed, the order of the competent authority, or the detention memorandum from the relevant entities, indicating the start and end of detention. — *مستند صك الحكم الشرعي أو أمر صاحب الصلاحية أو مذكرة التوقيف من الجهات ذات العلاقة موضحًا بها بداية التوقيف ونهايته.*
- A valid legal power of attorney or an authorization from the imprisoned contributor, approved by the prison administration, in favor of one of their family members. — *وكالة شرعية سارية المفعول أو تفويض من المشترك السجين معتمد من إدارة السجن لاحد أفراد عائلته.*
- A resident identity document for the non-Saudi dependent husband or non-Saudi wife, in case they are not added to the family record. — *مستند هوية مقيم للمعال الزوج غير السعودي أو الزوجة غير السعودية في حال عدم إضافتهم في سجل الاسرة.*
- Proof of continued study for male dependents who have reached the age of 21, until reaching the age of 26. — *مستند استمرار الدراسة للمعالين الذكور لمن بلغ سن 21 حتى بلوغه سن 26.*
- A dependency proof form for dependent parents, grandparents, brothers and sisters, and grandsons and granddaughters (children of the son). — *نموذج إثبات الإعالة للمعالين الوالدين والجدين والأخوة والأخوات وأبناء وبنات الأبن.*
