Under the Patronage of HRH the Governor of Qassim Region — A Partnership Agreement Signed Between the National Committee and the Mohammed Al-Ali Al-Suwailem Charitable Foundation

Under the generous patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Dr. Faisal bin Mishaal bin Saud bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Qassim Region, and in the presence of His Highness Prince Fahd bin Saad bin Faisal, Deputy Governor of the Region, the National Committee for the Care of Prisoners, Released Persons and their Families in Qassim Region signed a partnership agreement with the Mohammed Al-Ali Al-Suwailem Charitable Foundation at the regional governorate headquarters.

The agreement aims to strengthen institutional cooperation in social and educational fields and to implement joint programs in family guidance and life-skills building, alongside supporting and rehabilitating beneficiaries through workshops and development courses — helping to raise community awareness and achieve sustainable development.

Cooperation includes implementing educational, awareness and developmental programs, in addition to joint cultural and community initiatives between the two parties that strengthen pathways of empowerment and social stability for beneficiaries.
