E-Learning Service
An electronic service provided by the Ministry to students through the Madrasati platform, comprising a set of features that students can benefit from, such as: centralized exams on the Madrasati platform, technical support for Madrasati platform beneficiaries, viewing the school schedule, homework assignments, course and resource management, the My Courses service (academic courses), the enrichment bank, school activities, my additional classes, learning pathways, the teachers' room, community communication, reports and statistics, the question bank, school schedule preparation, teacher management, student management (classes and courses), supporting roles, virtual laboratories, and proactively creating a student account on the Madrasati platform.

- Log in to the student's account on the Madrasati platform, where four login options appear: — *تسجيل الدخول إلى حساب الطالب في منصة مدرستي وسيظهر أربع خيارات للدخول:*
- "My Kindergarten Children," logging in using a Microsoft account — *أطفال روضتي ويكون الدخول باستخدام حساب مايكروسوفت*
- "Educational Staff and Students," logging in using a Microsoft account — *الكادر التعليمي والطلاب ويكون الدخول باستخدام حساب مايكروسوفت*
- "Parents and Administrators," logging in via the Unified Single Sign-On or a Noor system account — *ولي الأمر والإداريين ويكون الدخول عن طريق النفاذ الموحد أو حساب نظام نور*
- Recover the password if forgotten — *استعادة كلمة المرور عند نسيانها*
- The student account credentials for the Madrasati platform can be obtained via the Tawakkalna app of the student or parent, then the "Education Services" icon, then "Madrasati Platform Information" — *ويمكن الحصول على بيانات حساب الطالب لمنصة مدرستي عن طريق تطبيق توكلنا الخاص بالطالب أو ولي الأمر ثم أيقونة خدمات التعليم ثم معلومات منصة مدرستي*
- Upon logging in to the platform with the entered credentials, the password can be reset anew — *عند الدخول إلى المنصة بالبيانات المدخلة يمكن إعادة تعيين كلمة المرور من جديد*
- Upon logging in to the Madrasati platform, the "My Services" icon appears, through which the school schedule with subjects and the teachers who teach each subject can be viewed — *عند الدخول إلى منصة مدرستي تظهر أيقونة خدماتي ومنها يمكن الاطلاع على الجدول المدرسي بالمواد والمعلمين الذين يقومون بتدريس المادة*
- The student can view the weekly plans by clicking the "Notifications" icon, then the "View All Notifications" icon; the weekly plans will appear, and to download them, click the "View" icon, then "Download" — *يمكن للطالب الاطلاع على الخطط الأسبوعية عن طريق النقر على أيقونة التنبيهات ثم أيقونة عرض كافة التنبيهات وستظهر الخطط الأسبوعية ولتحميلها يتم النقر على أيقونة مشاهدة ثم تنزيل*
- The student clicks the "Virtual Classrooms" icon to attend the lesson, then the "Join" icon — *ينقر الطالب على أيقونة الفصول الافتراضية لحضور الدرس ثم أيقونة انضمام*
- The student can click the "Educational Resources Room" icon, and several icons will appear: — *يمكن للطالب النقر على أيقونة غرفة المصادر التعليمية وستظهر له عدة أيقونات:*
- My Courses – Teachers' Room – Self-Development – Our Valuable Values – Reading Club – Games Room — *مقرراتي - غرفة المعلمين - التطوير الذاتي - قيمنا الغالية - نادي القراءة - غرفة الألعاب*
- Upon accessing the "Student Badge" icon, the student badge report, the assessment, and the percentage appear — *عند الدخول على أيقونة شارة الطالب يظهر تقرير شارة الطالب والتقييم والنسبة*
- The "Courses" icon displays all the digital textbooks the student studies — *أيقونة المقررات تظهر جميع الكتب الدراسية الرقمية التي يدرسها الطالب*
- The "Homework" icon displays all of the student's homework assigned by the teacher, with three sections: core class homework – sent homework – virtual class homework — *أيقونة الواجبات تظهر جميع واجبات الطالب التي تم إعطاؤها من قبل المعلم ويظهر بها ثلاثة أقسام: واجبات الحصص الأساسية - الواجبات المرسلة - واجبات الحصص الافتراضية*
- The "Exams" icon displays all the exams added by the teacher as well as the centralized exams added by the Ministry — *أيقونة الاختبارات تظهر بها جميع الاختبارات التي تم إضافتها من قبل المعلم والاختبارات المركزية المضافة من قبل الوزارة*
- The student can learn how grades are distributed by accessing the "Grade Record Distribution" icon — *يمكن للطالب معرفة كيفية توزيع الدرجات عند الدخول على أيقونة توزيع سجل الدرجات*
- The student can also perform a self-assessment that measures their understanding of the lessons by answering the questions found in the "Course Self-Assessment" icon — *يمكن للطالب أيضًا إجراء تقييم ذاتي يقيس مدى فهمه للدروس عن طريق حل الأسئلة الموجودة في أيقونة تقييم ذاتي للمقرر*
- Upon accessing the "My Activities" icon, the activities added by the teacher for the students appear — *عند الدخول من أيقونة أنشطتي تظهر الأنشطة التي تمت إضافتها من قبل المعلم للطلاب*
- A question or inquiry can be sent to the teacher by accessing the "Teachers' Room" icon, where the teachers' names appear; select the teacher's name, write the question title and the question text, and an attachment can be uploaded — *يمكن إرسال سؤال أو استفسار للمعلم عن طريق الدخول على أيقونة غرفة المعلمين وستظهر أسماء المعلمين، يتم اختيار اسم المعلم وكتابة عنوان السؤال ونص السؤال ويمكن رفع مرفق*
- The "Student Reports" icon can be accessed, and several reports will appear: attendance and absence report – enrichment report – pathways report – academic level report – student behavior report — *يمكن الدخول على أيقونة تقارير الطالب وستظهر عدة تقارير: تقرير الحضور والغياب - تقرير الإثراءات - تقرير المسارات - تقرير المستوى الدراسي - تقرير سلوكيات الطالب*
- In the event of a technical problem, the "Technical Support" icon appears at the bottom of the screen, through which a technical report can be submitted to resolve the problem facing the student — *في حال وجود مشكلة تقنية تظهر أيقونة الدعم الفني أسفل الشاشة ويمكن منها رفع بلاغ تقني لحل المشكلة التي تواجه الطالب*
