The Minister of Human Resources Sponsors a Workshop to Update the National Committee's Strategy with the Attendance of Relevant Stakeholders

His Excellency the Minister of Human Resources and Social Development and Chairman of the Committee, Eng. Ahmed bin Sulaiman Al-Rajhi, sponsored the workshop on aligning the Committee's national strategy at the Ministry's headquarters in Riyadh, with the participation of representatives of relevant government entities.

His Excellency affirmed that the workshop represents a pivotal milestone for redefining the Committee's role and enabling it to perform its coordinating and developmental roles more broadly, helping to improve service quality for beneficiaries and strengthen integration among entities.

The workshop included an analytical review of the current situation and challenges, a discussion of opportunities and obstacles, a presentation of international practices, and interactive working sessions to formulate future roles, strategic priorities and partnership mechanisms.

His Excellency concluded by affirming that the desired institutional transformation can only be achieved through effective partnership and genuine institutional integration among entities, noting the Committee's drive to build a national model that fulfills the goals of Vision 2030.
