- Original national ID
- A recent medical report
- Proof of financial status (a statement from Social Security, or a salary certificate from the employer / pension authority / or other), provided the total family income does not exceed six thousand riyals
- Proof of residence within the Society's area
- Medical insurance (for foreigners)
