- The applicant must be a social security beneficiary. — *أن يكون المتقدم أحد مستفيدي الضمان الاجتماعي.*
- The family members must number two or more. — *أن يكون أفراد الأسرة اثنين فأكثر.*
- The applicant's residence must be in the city of Sakaka (from Al-Nahyan to Al-Tuwair). — *أن يكون سكن المتقدم في مدينة سكاكا (من النهيان إلى الطوير).*
- Not owning an expensive vehicle or a public transport vehicle (truck). — *عدم امتلاك سيارة باهظة الثمن أو سيارة نقل عمومي (شاحنة).*
- No workers under the applicant's sponsorship. — *عدم وجود أي عمالة على كفالة المتقدم.*
- The family income must not exceed seven thousand (7,000) riyals. — *ألا يتجاوز دخل الأسرة سبعة آلاف (7000) ريال.*
- The average per capita income must not exceed one thousand (1,000) riyals of the total family income. — *ألا يتجاوز متوسط دخل الفرد ألف (1000) ريال من إجمالي دخل الأسرة.*
- For a family of two members, the average per capita income must not exceed (1,500) riyals. — *الأسرة المكونة من فردين يشترط ألا يتجاوز متوسط دخل الفرد (1500) ريال.*
- The applicant must be no younger than 40 years of age, unless incapable of working (a condition specific to men). — *ألا يقل عمر المتقدم عن 40 سنة إلا إذا كان عاجزاً عن العمل (شرط خاص بالرجال).*
- The applicant's need must be established through a field investigation. — *ثبوت حاجة المتقدم من خلال البحث الميداني.*
- Completing the registration form (obtained from the Society). — *تعبئة نموذج التسجيل (يتم الحصول عليه من الجمعية).*
- A social security statement specifying the amount of the security pension and dependents. — *مشهد ضماني موضحاً فيه مقدار معاش الضمان والتابعين.*
- Proof of the absence of workers, an expensive vehicle, or a public transport vehicle (truck). — *إثبات عدم وجود عمالة أو سيارة باهظة الثمن أو سيارة نقل عمومي (شاحنة).*
- Proof of the income amount from social insurance (Social Insurance – Pension). — *إثبات مقدار الدخل من التأمينات الاجتماعية (التأمينات – التقاعد).*
- A certificate of the bank account number (IBAN). — *شهادة لرقم الحساب البنكي (الآيبان).*
