Citizen's Account Program
An electronic service provided by the Ministry through the Citizen's Account Program to protect Saudi families from the expected direct and indirect impact of the various economic reforms, which may impose an additional burden on certain segments of society. The program works to redirect government benefits to the eligible groups in a manner that encourages rational consumption and ensures that support is directed effectively to the various eligible groups, as support will be provided in cash transferred directly to the eligible beneficiaries through the Citizen's Account platform, without the need to return to the entity.

- Fill in the required data and complete the registration — *تعبئة البيانات المطلوبة وإكمال التسجيل*
- The applicant must hold Saudi nationality — *أن يكون المتقدم سعودي الجنسية*
- The applicant must be a head of household — *أن يكون رب أسرة*
- The applicant must be eligible and must not exceed the total financial capacity disqualifying limit for an independent individual of SAR 1,371,200 — *أن تكون لديه الأهلية وعدم تجاوز الحد المانع الإجمالي للقدرة المالية للفرد المستقل 1,371,200 ريال*
- Defining the head of household — *تعريف رب الأسرة*
- Meeting the nationality condition — *استيفاء شرط الجنسية*
- The applicant is considered a head of household if they are: — *ويعتبر المتقدم ربا للأسرة إذا كان:*
- An independent person in private housing, whether male or female — *شخصاً مستقلاً في سكن خاص سواء كان ذكراً أو أنثى*
- A person supporting dependents, whether they are first-degree relatives (such as a spouse and children) or legally maintained dependents (such as parents, siblings, and an adopted dependent) — *شخصاً يعول تابعين سواء كانوا أقارباً من الدرجة الأولى (كالزوج أو الزوجة والأولاد) أو تابعين معالين قانونياً (كالوالدين والإخوة والتابع المتبنى)*
- The applicant is considered to meet the nationality condition if they fall under one of the following cases: — *ويعتبر المتقدم مستوفياً لشرط الجنسية إذا كان يندرج تحت إحدى الحالات التالية:*
- Saudi — *سعودياً*
- A holder of a mobility card (Bedouin card) — *حاملاً لبطاقة تنقل*
- A married woman is entitled to register independently in the following cases: — *ويحق للمرأة المتزوجة التسجيل بشكل مستقل في الحالات التالية:*
- A woman married to a non-Saudi, a woman whose breadwinner is imprisoned, incapacitated, or absent, as well as a woman with no breadwinner — *الزوجة المتزوجة من غير سعودي، الزوجة التي يكون عائلها مسجوناً، أو فاقد الأهلية، أو متغيباً، وكذلك المرأة التي بلا عائل*

- The applicant is considered a head of household if they are: — *ويعتبر المتقدم ربا للأسرة إذا كان:*
