Issuance of a National ID for a Family Member
This service enables the beneficiary to electronically identify a family member or a member of foster families, and to request the issuance of a new national ID, with the option to deliver the document to the registered National Address.
- Log in to the Absher platform website — *تسجيل الدخول إلى موقع منصة أبشر*
- Select "Civil Affairs Services" — *اختيار "خدمات الأحوال المدنية"*
- Select "National ID Services" then "Issuance of an ID for a Family Member" — *اختيار "خدمات الهوية الوطنية" ثم "إصدار هوية لفرد أسرة"*
- Review the data of family members who meet the conditions — *استعراض بيانات أفراد الأسرة المستوفين للشروط*
- Select the member to be identified — *اختيار الفرد المراد التعريف به*
- Review the family member's data and attach a personal photo matching the requirements — *استعراض بيانات فرد الأسرة وإرفاق صورة شخصية مطابقة للاشتراطات*
- Review the data and select "Next" — *مراجعة البيانات واختيار "التالي"*
- Fill in the required data and select "Next" — *تعبئة البيانات المطلوبة واختيار "التالي"*
- Select the region, city, and district, enter the mobile number, then select "Next" — *اختيار المنطقة والمدينة والحي وإدخال رقم الجوال، ثم اختيار "التالي"*
- Review the data, attest to the accuracy of the information, then select "Pay" — *مراجعة البيانات والإقرار بصحة المعلومات ثم اختيار "الدفع"*
- Save the reference number after completing the request — *حفظ الرقم المرجعي بعد إتمام الطلب*
- The family member to be identified must not have a national ID or a prior request — *يجب ألا يكون لفرد الأسرة المراد التعريف به هوية وطنية أو طلب سابق*
- The request must be executed by one of the parents, and is limited to the foster parent in the case of foster families — *يجب تنفيذ الطلب من أحد الوالدين، ويُقتصر على الوالد الحاضن في حالة الأسر الحاضنة*
- No unpaid fines on the beneficiary — *عدم وجود غرامات غير مسددة على المستفيد*
- The beneficiary's age must be between 6 and 19 years — *أن يكون عمر المستفيد بين 6 و19 عامًا*
- A registered National Address for the beneficiary — *وجود عنوان وطني مسجل للمستفيد*
- Attestation of the accuracy of the entered data for the family member — *الإقرار بصحة البيانات المدخلة الخاصة بفرد الأسرة*
- The beneficiary must have a digital identity on the Absher platform — *أن يكون لدى المستفيد هوية رقمية في منصة أبشر*
- Reviewing and attesting to the entered data of the family member — *الاطلاع والإقرار على بيانات فرد الأسرة المدخلة*
- Providing a personal photo matching the requirements to avoid rejection of the request — *توفير صورة شخصية مطابقة للاشتراطات لتفادي رفض الطلب*
- Payment of the delivery fees for the new national ID — *تسديد أجور توصيل الهوية الوطنية الجديدة*
