Issuance of a Family Record (for Mothers)
This service enables newly married female citizens to request the issuance of a family record electronically, with the option to deliver the document to the registered National Address.
- Log in to the Absher platform and click Civil Affairs Services > Family Record Services > Issuance of a Family Record (for Mothers) — *الدخول إلى منصة أبشر والنقر على خدمات الأحوال المدنية > خدمات سجل الأسرة > إصدار سجل الأسرة (للأمهات)*
- View the service's welcome page along with its conditions — *عرض الصفحة الترحيبية للخدمة مع شروطها*
- Select "New Request" — *اختيار "طلب جديد"*
- The system displays the family record card details — *يعرض النظام تفاصيل بطاقة سجل الأسرة*
- The beneficiary selects "Next" — *يختار المستفيد "التالي"*
- The system displays the beneficiary's addresses registered in Absher — *يقوم النظام بعرض عناوين المستفيد المسجلة في أبشر*
- Select the address and click "Next" — *اختيار العنوان والضغط على "التالي"*
- Complete the request and pay the delivery fees — *استكمال الطلب ودفع أجور التوصيل*
- A reference number is generated and the request is saved — *يتم إنشاء رقم مرجعي وحفظ الطلب*
- Issuance of a family record for the first time only — *إصدار سجل أسرة لأول مرة فقط*
- The beneficiary must have no unpaid fines to the Civil Affairs sector — *ألا يكون على المستفيد غرامات غير مسددة لقطاع الأحوال المدنية*
- A National Address within the carrier's delivery range — *وجود عنوان وطني ضمن نطاق توصيل الناقل*
- A registered National Address within the approved delivery range — *وجود عنوان وطني مسجل ضمن نطاق التوصيل المعتمد*
- A registered National Address within the approved delivery range — *وجود عنوان وطني مسجل ضمن نطاق التوصيل المعتمد*
