Prisoner Services
This service enables a request to be submitted on behalf of a prisoner electronically for the following cases: exemption from the remainder of the sentence, prisoner transfer, deportation of a prisoner to their home country, retaining a prisoner in their current prison, exemption from deportation, request to transfer a prisoner, medical release of a prisoner, special visit to a prisoner, special office visit to a prisoner, and closing the cases of foreign juveniles.

- Log in to the Riyadh Region Governorate portal — *تسجيل دخول على بوابة إمارة منطقة الرياض*
- Go to "All Services" from the electronic services menu — *اذهب إلى جميع الخدمات من قائمة الخدمات الإلكترونية*
- Select the Prisoner Services service — *اختر خدمة السجناء*
- Enter all required data and submit the request — *أدخل جميع البيانات المطلوبة وقدّم الطلب*
- After submitting the service, you will be notified of the transaction number once the request is delivered — *بعد التقديم على الخدمة سيتم إشعاركم برقم المعاملة بعد تسليم الطلب*
- Filling in the required data (prisoner's name, prisoner's ID number, prison name, case type, request type)
- The request details and attaching documents proving their validity
- A copy of the applicant's national ID
- Consent to add the applicant's personal data and share it with the competent authorities
- Attaching documents proving the validity of the request
- A copy of the applicant's national ID
