This service enables the beneficiary to submit and follow up on complaints electronically against prisons and detention centers, as part of the oversight role of verifying the legality of detention or imprisonment, matters relating to the privacy of prisoners or detainees, or their detention in facilities not designated for that purpose.

Service Level Agreement
  1. Log in to the Absher platform website
  2. Select "My Services"
  3. Select "Services"
  4. Select "Public Prosecution Services"
  5. Select "Complaints Against Prisons and Detention Centers"
  6. Fill in the required data and attach any supporting documents
  7. Submit the request and follow up on the complaint status through the platform
  • The complaint must fall within the jurisdiction of the Public Prosecution
  • The beneficiary must have a digital identity on the Absher platform
